Dr. Pilversack grew up in the east. He studied marine biology as an undergraduate and then obtained his veterinary degree from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998.  Having fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest after a previous cross-country trip, he moved to the Portland area after graduation where he has practiced since.  Outside of veterinary medicine, Brian enjoys making music, cycling, swimming, and spending time with his family and assorted pets.
